Cochon Starts Sunday Brunch

One of our total crush objects, Cochon is adding Sunday brunch.

The soft start was last week and starting this Sunday they will be in full swing from 11am to 3pm.

The initial menu is after the jump.


French Toast – mixed-berry maple syrup $9

Belgian Waffles – caramelized bananas, walnuts, whipped cream  $9

Eggs Benedict – Canadian bacon, Hollandaise sauce, home fries  $11

Two eggs any style – Nueske’s bacon, home fries  $8

Nueske’s Hamsteak and Eggs – with two fried eggs, maple-bourbon glaze, home fries $12

Steak and Eggs – 4 oz. Strip, two poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce, french fries $14

8 oz. Bacon Cheese Burger – cheddar, caramelized leeks, sherry-wine aioli, french fries $9

Open-Faced Smoked Turkey Baguette – Mornay sauce, bacon, fried egg, french fries $10
