   L&I doesn’t enforce taxes. The Inquirer today reported “Licenses & Inspections found fire-code and electrical violations, the city says.”

   B&B’s is a shithole, but my neighborhood shithole. I love the place on certain nights,but I agree with L&I. It needs to be brought up to code (just like zak).

   If it was a sweep of the block,then why didn’t they hit Fiso’s,McGlinchey’s,Oscars and dozen or so other bars in the neighborhood?
