		<description>Kinda cool, though P.O.P.E. has a couple hundred take out beers available just fine.  Not sure about the &quot;unprecedented&quot; boast in the article.  It sounds like an effort to put a Foodery in &quot;Newbold&quot; (South Philly/Passyunk) before the Foodery folks realize another opportunity to expand.  Or at least seeing the neighborhood as the sort of market a Foodery type model would do well in -- just serving coffee as the licensing tightrope instead of sandwiches.

Let&#039;s hope though that this place opens up a lot faster than it took the NoLibs Foodery to negotiate the NLNA redtape.</description>
