It’s not like people are sitting around wondering if Talula’s is good, but knowing that and getting in for dinner are two very different things, y’know? Hardest table in the country and all that.

So I called out of curiosity, to see if there would be any opening…

It’s not necessarily that easy but it can’t hurt to try. It’s an invitation/referral situation that I’m not sure I can clearly define for you, only because it’s not clearly defined…. It certainly helps if you’re a regular at the market.
