   John hasn’t seen the inside of his kitchen in years. The Chef is Brett Naylor of The Brick Hotel in Newtown, Lacroix at The Rittenhouse, The George V in Paris, and Room 4 Dessert in NYC. Brett’s the hottest Chef in this town since Starr brought Jose Garces down from NYC
