i must say that the new delhi haterz, it seems, are out in abundance. new delhi does too have paneer dishes in the buffet along with the best chicken tikka masala on the coast...which is well worth the price of the buffet itself. sitar, on the other hand is a decent place, but at times seems unable to maintain the buffet. I think they may be understaffed...did anyone notice that the meat entrees sometimes seem like they have old chicken, etc.

Pennkid, don't speak for everyone...because without a doubt, new delhi is the cleanest, freshest tasting buffet near penn...its no surprise that even though it is three times the size of sitar, new delhi never has enough tables to go around. I wouldn't eat anything in the dirty interior of sitar, but to each his own.
