Chef Out at Devil’s Den?

Adam Erace is reporting on blogalicious that chef Joe Turrisi is already gone from recently opened gastropub/supper pub/tavern-with-food Devil’s Den. No word on a replacement.
He’s also got happy news for Blackfish fans… there’s a satellite location of the well-received BYOB opening down the shore.

Thank goodness. The food was dreadful, which I found surprising because the beer list is quite the opposite. Hopefully I’ll be able to enjoy more than just a drink at my neighborhood’s bar.

Rejoice! I was literally waiting for Devil’s Den’s chef to be gone and for the menu to get made over. I had one of the worst meals ever here (seriously), but still wanted to like the place. The beer list is great and I would love for the food to match!

the new chef at the devil’s den is great! the menu is so much better and it now matches the great beers and excellent service. i love erica and randy at the bar!
