Quite frankly who cares where they put it - my guess is that restaurant space comes at a premium in Philadelphia and renting is the way to go. I'll tak my craft beer anywhre I can get it Chief! They probably got a good lease rate there too. In the Cityview!? Thats horrendous. Nothing like craft beer in a ugly 70s condo building.
