Cast A Look No Further For Quality Casks

Posted by Foobooz on March 4th, 2008

Have you been wondering where to find real cask ale in the Philadelphia area? Have you been wondering what real cask ale is? Then look no further than this new web site, Philadelphia Area’s Cask Ales. Updated pretty much every day the site covers Philadelphia and the region with an impressive thoroughness.

And for those who are wondering, here’s the site’s definition of cask or real ale.

Cask ale or Real Ale: a beer brewed from traditional ingredients (malted barley, hops water and yeast), matured by secondary fermentation in the container from which it is dispensed, and served without the use of extraneous carbon dioxide.

    Startfunkel,
I have not yet completed all of the bars in the city that serve cask beers. I will try to get a hold of Johnny Brenda’s tomorrow.
    Thanks,
