Why Go Back To Karma

Posted by Foobooz on January 22nd, 2008

Karma

Adam Erace asks and answers the question, why go back to Old City’s Karma.

(1) the tandoori chicken, succulent legs and thighs roasted in Karma’s clay oven to a lusty red char; (2) the dal tarka, yellow lentils split and simmered to a creamy porridge, excellent sopped up with Karma’s pancakey naan; and (3) the price, $10, all you can eat. Of course, nobody should be eating all they can eat, but Indian food just brings out the pre-op Randy Jackson in us. Another gulab jamun, dawg.
