I'd also love to see someone tackle the old Boot & Saddle bar on Broad just south of Washington. Fix up that sign and you have a real winner. And the old Horn & Hardart's / drugstore on Chestnut between 8th and 9th. That could be a great restaurant space. I do like Andre’s idea of a downtown eastern block restaurant.
