The situation is now this: They're taking reservations no more than one year in advance. Ergo, if you want dinner on, say, February 12, 2009, start calling at exactly 7:00 a.m. on February 12, 2008, and maybe you'll get lucky. On one hand, I'm really happy that Amiee and Bryan have managed to capture lightning in a bottle twice, because they really are terrific and staggeringly talented people. On the other hand, I can't wrap my mind around the fact that it's easier to get reservations at Per Se than it is at Talula's. Hmph.
