Trey Popp reviews Cochon and finds the French bistro fare may not be new but it certainly isn’t stale.

The service is attentive but relaxed, the courses evenly paced. And it’s all of a piece with the cooking, which is more about sinking into your seat with gratitude than springing you to your toes with excitement.
