However, the roll was something like a ciabatta and was way to much. A good sandwich, not great, and could be made better by using a Sarcone's steak roll instead of the current one. John's is the best with Tony Luke's right behind. Based on looking at the comments about each restaurant it looks the author didn't actually try any of the steaks, but just read the promotional material. Has anyone actually tried this famed Vesuvio steak? I've never thought much of the food there. Though I did get to hang out with Jon Runyan last time I was there. John's Roast Pork is heads and tails superior to those tourist traps. Unfortunately, it's in an inconvenient location and closed much more than open. I won't even get into the debate as it's ridiculous to go into it for the millionth time, however, everyone knows the only time the Pasyunk duo tastes good is at 3am.
