Beer Dinner At Blush

CANCELED: Sly Fox’s Brewmaster Brian O’Reilly, and Blush Executive Chef Nick Farina will host a five course beer tasting dinner. The menu will include scallop tamales, venison, rib eye and chocolate raspberry s’mores and Sly Fox beers like Saison, Weisse and Black Raspberry Reserve. Expand your beer knowledge as each delicious course is paired with an outstanding beer, demonstrating how various beers can enhance a food’s unique flavor.

Seatings will begin at 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm at Blush on North Merion Avenue, in the heart of Bryn Mawr. This exciting event is $55 per person.

Butlered Appetizers with Saison:
Bison Flatbread
Saison-steamed Littleneck Clams
Warm Beets with a Red Onion Marmalade

2nd Course with Weisse:
Banana Leaf Scallop Tamale
3rd Course with Double-Bock:
Venison with a Dried Cherry Bread Pudding

4th Course with Pale Ale:
Rib Eye with a Pomegranate Gastrique

Dessert with Black Raspberry Reserve:
Chocolate Raspberry S’mores
