Gourmet Dining At Penn

The University of Pennsylvania has upgraded its dining options by bringing in top local chefs to cook for students a couple of times this semester.

The guest chef for one night last week, Michael Solomonov [Marigold Kitchen], says cooking on such a large scale is a bit overwhelming. He says he tends to order 30 pounds of short ribs for his restaurant, but the campus executive chef ordered 300 pounds.
