From the food to the drinks to the service. You can't get any better anywhere else. I'm telling you, especially the ribs! I never really reckoned with my love for ribs until I ate these luscious savory ribs. Everytime I go to Ms. Tootsie's I always make sure I get their ribs. Ever since I wrapped my mouth around it, I can never find the same taste. There is only one way to make ribs and it's the way how Ms. Tootsie's makes them.
