Beer For Winos

Posted by Foobooz on October 23rd, 2007

Are you a wine snob looking to become a beer snob? Then Tria Fermentation School has the class for you. Tonight from 6:30 to 8:30 Tria hosts Beer For Winos. Some tickets remain, $45 per person.

Has your oenophilic palate become curious about the merits of beer? Tria’s Wine Director, Michael McCaulley, has made his living by loving wine – lucky guy. Surprisingly, he has grown to love beer almost as much. In this class, he will cradle your transition from wine aficionado to beer connoisseur. Both of these ancient, fermented beverages are integral to the development of cultures around the world. Many brews have flavor profiles and complexities similar to wine but arguably pair better than wine with many cuisines.
