Re: the new ASTRAL PLANE MILLENIUM restaurant, at 1708 Lombard St...

Christine Fischer, the partner jere with Carla Gomez, was the biggest local donor at Greenfest Philly, providing the catering for 60 people at the "free green wedding" that I thunk up for Greenfest Philly. (I was the Founding Exec Producer)
Her focus on organic, local foods and other green practices played out fabulously when I went by last Thursday night for the tapas-style sampler of the entire menu. Wow. So much that I'm hosting a party for 20 on Thursday. Yum: Guests taste five salads, four pastas,
empanadas, pastries...and wine. Dennis Murphy, webmaster of the the Academy of Natural Sciences, contributed the website for greenfest, will be one of a number of honored guests who greatly contributed to that green festival.
Guests will wear bad jewelry, btw, so that we can spot them in the crowd.
