Just got a tip that there are some seats remaining to Monday’s Sly Fox beer dinner at James.

The event begins with a cocktail reception at 6:30 with hors do’oeuvres followed by a five course meal prepared by Chef Jim Burke. The cost is $65 per person.

Saison ~ to be popped with hors d’oeuvres

Pils ~ mussels, soppresatta broth, olive crostini

Phoenix ~ tasmamian ocean trout, brussel sprout leaves, potato rosti

October-fest ~ ‘best of philly 07′ poularde, wild mushroom fricassee

Incubus ~ pork loin, melted shallot, fennel jus

Instigator ~ beer mousse, almond cake
