Friday
Join Johnny Goodtimes at 7 PM tonight for a special science and Tut themed quizzo at the Franklin Institute’s Fells Planetarium. Admission is free and of course there’ll be alcoholic beverages.
Rum and Reggae tonight at the White Dog Cafe in UCity, complete with a Caribbean Buffet under tent top.
Saturday
The Garry Maddox & Neil Stein BBQ Challenge takes place Saturday before the Phillies game from 4 PM to game time. Local restaurants as well as ambitious individuals take part in the challenge. Proceeds benefit the Youth Golf and Academics Program established by Maddox.
Sunday
Out in Downingtown the Victory Brewing Company will be hosting its 2nd Brewers Chili Showdown from noon to 4 PM. Victory brewers will be trying their hand at something other than beer as they showcase their chili creations and you get to be the judge. And of course plenty of fresh Victory beer will be on hand.
