amazing! delicious! the gnocchi was the most amazing I have ever made or had; not anything close to the usual 'sinkers' that you have had before - fluffy little pillows of light yummy goodness! and it's nice to see such a fine brunoise outside of classical french restaurants....
The escolar (butterfish) and duck were executed perfectly; the skin on both were amazingly crunchy and pefectly cooked and juicy and tender on the inside, totally and utterly delicious, not a doubt; can't wait to try the fall menu - well done, chefs! we came in early, as the second customers sat and as we sat and ate our meals, the place just filled up. check this out for sure!
