Las Bugambilias is coming to South Street at the former Ristorante Primavera. Chef Carlos Molina, formerly of Tequila’s will serve traditional Mexican food. He’s expected to open in a month. [Inqlings, Philadelphia Inquirer]

Tortilla Press of Collingswood is adding a second location, this one in Pennsauken. [Table Talk, Philadelphia Inquirer]

Pei Wei Asian Diner, the less fancy sibling to P.F. Chang’s is getting set to open its first two area locations. Baltimore Pike in Springfield and the new Target on City Line are the spots lucky enough to be graced with Pei Wei. [Food Frenzy, City Paper]

Philly Flavors is heading downtown. The sequel to Fairmount Avenue’s location will offer much the same menu at 343 S 13th Street. [Food Frenzy, City Paper]
