Magic Hat Beer Dinner at Kildare’s KoP

Kildare’s King Of Prussia Location is hosting a Magic Hat Beer dinner this Wednesday night. The dinner features 4 of Magic Hat’s beers and four courses for $40.

“Where Ireland Meets Vermont”

Beers
Magic Hat Circus Boy Heffeweisen
Magic Hat No. 9
Magic Hat Fat Angel
Heart of Darkness

Hors d’oeuvres
** Circus Boy
New potato stuffed with rashers, crème fraiche and chives
Smoked Salmon served on pumpernickel rounds with a dill aioli
Scallops wrapped in Maple Cured Bacon
Mini Cod cakes with signature tartar sauce

Appetizer
** Number No. 9
Rocket and Rasher Salad
Rocket (Arugula) Salad tossed with Lemon and Olive oil, Garnished with dried apricots and crisped Rashers

Entrée (Choice of One)
** Fat Angel
Slow Roasted Prime Rib
With an herb rub, and an Ale jus.
Served with Baby Potatoes and fresh vegetables

North Atlantic Salmon
Baked Salmon, stuffed with crabmeat, with a potato crust and served with a light white wine mussel broth. Served over Julienne
vegetables and a lentil pilaf.

Dessert
** Heart of Darkness
Maple Cheesecake

Served with Buttermilk Scones
