		<description>I second (third?) Bishop&#039;s Collar.  If  you&#039;re nice they&#039;ll even let you order them for brunch!  

Also (I won&#039;t admit how I know this), Hard Rock Cafe has great nachos that rival BC.</description>

		<description>New bar opening up on Wednesday, Jose Pistoles, at the old COPA too (next to mcglinchey&#039;s) will be a contender for sure.
The chef, Trevor Budny (Striped Bass, Vetri) has taken into consideration all common nacho complaints.
He will actually be making them on sheet trays...cutting them into six equal portions...then placing one section on top of the other and serving it.  That was every single nacho has the goods.  
Royal Taverns are pretty damn good though.  The only time I eat &quot;vegan&quot; beef.</description>
