Best Kept Secrets Of Wine At Rae

Tomorrow evening Rae will be hosting a five-course dinner featuring lesser known but outstanding wines from around the world, from Argentina to Spain. The dinner costs $75 per person and reservations are recommended.

The Chef’s pairings include:

Bodegas Norton Torrontes
Summer Vegetable Salad, Melon Granité

Roncus Tocai Friulano
Fish Stew with Light Curry and Pineapple

Natura Carmenere
Stuffed NY Steak with Chips

Huarpe Lancatay Bonarda
Cheese with Grilled Fig Sorbet

Bodegas Oliveras Monastrell Dulce
Cherry and Plum Clafoutis

Reservations are not required but are recommended. Dinners are served between 5:30 and 10:30.
