A year ago we did a week long photo essay of what’s opening soon. And it was so fun, so lets do it again.
Today we’ll concentrate on 12th Street where four new spots are planned.
The second Tria location is just about to open at 12th and Spruce. It’s come a long way in a year.

Potbelly Sandwich Works is opening its second Philadelphia location at 12th and Walnut Streets.
Knock is trying to “knock” off the curse of the corner location at 12th and Locust. This time it’ll be a “global restaurant-lounge.”
And although it has been open for a little bit now, here’s a shot of the TBar, the tea spot at 12th and Sansom Street.
