Monte Carlo Closing

Venerable South Street anchor, the Monte Carlo Living Room is closing this weekend after 25 years serving Philadelphians out for an anniversary as well as the cast of characters that made the upstairs nightclub their own den of iniquity. The huge corner location is set to become just what South Street needs, another Irish themed bar. This one called Paddy Whacks, which already has two locations in the Northeast.
