Last Thursday’s Inquirer’s Inqlings column noted that the Ansill chef, Kibett Mengech has left the restaurant. Matt, a waiter at Pif and author at Finding Philly posted on eGullet some of the fallout from Mengech leaving the roost.
David Ansill will be in the kitchen at Ansill and returning the menu towards it’s original concept. Jared Frazer, who has been at Pif for the last 6+ months is now the chef de cuisine there.
