Mother’s Day Weekend

Posted by Foobooz on May 11th, 2007

With college graduations and Mother’s Day it’s sure to be a tough weekend to get a table so here are some suggestions to get you by.

Friday

Check out 707’s hotdog and a beer deal for just $5 during happy hour and make sure you order some funnel cake too!

Tango in Bryn Mawr opens their outdoor deck tonight, why not stop by for a drink and a snack.

Saturday

it’s the final day of the Dad Vail Regatta, so when you’ve kicked your cooler full of beer and food walk over to East Falls and sip a cold one at the Pour House or lounge in the outdoor seating at Johnny Manana’s.

Sunday

Hopefully you’re doing something nice for your mother. But when you’re done with that, check this out. The Bubble House will have ?uestlove spinning the indoor/outdoor party that kicks off at 5 PM. The Bubble House will be cooking up their pan-Asian brunch and dinner menu and serving Saki Sangria as well.

And if you don’t feel like hot dogs – get the pizza from 707, the last one I had was fantastic! Perfect blend of slightly spicy sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella and crispy crust…
