Meridith’s Wine Dinner

On Thursday, April 19th you can enjoy a five-course dinner with complimentary wine pairing at Meridith’s in Berwyn. The cost is $85 per person. Seating is limited. Call 610-251-0265 for reservations.Menu after the jump.

First Course
Risotto – english pea, black truffle and parmesan shavings
Paired with: Rive Della Chiessa Prosecco Extra Dry – Montello e Colli Asolani, Italy DOC Vs. O P.R.D.Second Course
Poached salmon – fennel candy cane beets micro greens thai chili vinaigrette
Paired with: Baywood Pinot Noir – Monterey, California

Third Course
Braised lamb short rib – wild flower honey and aged balsamic drizzle parsnip crisp
Paired with: Sunterra Syrah – Santa Barbara, California

Fourth Course
Wild striped bass – citrus lentils roasted baby shitake mushrooms haricot verts
Paired with: Grove Street Trias – California

Fifth Course
Lemon curd – English shortbread and blackberry chantilly
