   He’ll give it a 3, though it deserves a 2. He likes places like this that are decent, but kind of stuffy. And Fogo de Chao totally deserved a 3.

   Only went once and was served the ‘amazing’ watermelon salad with very out of season and bland watermelon and a scallop that was less than fresh. Everything else was just ok.
