Fred Kellerman of Elements Cafe prepares a Mexican tasting dinner of ceviche and more tonight at The Tortilla Press.

$45 per person, seating at 6:45 PM, dinner begins at 7 PM.

First Course
Ceviche of Bay Scallops
Tres oranges, yellow pear tomatoes and jalapeno confetti

Second Course
Chilled Sweet Potato Soup
With chipolte cream

Third Course
Grilled Cactus Petal and Bibb Lettuce Salad
With tomatoes, red onions, and ugli fruit vinaigrette

Main Course
Chimmichurri marinated Flat Iron Steak
