On Tuesday, March 13th, Valanni will be hosting a wine dinner. The dinner will consist of five courses, focusing on game meats, and five wines for $55 per person.

Early Seating: 6:00 – 6:30
Late Seating: 8:00 – 8:00
Pan-Roasted Quail – hazelnut blinis, lolla rossa, foie gras hollandaise, red grape-citrus vinaigrette2nd Course
Oven-Roasted Pheasant – wild mushroom, bread pudding, haricot-vert, madeira reduction
3rd Course
Pan-Seared Prosciutto Wrapped Rabbit Loin – housemade drunken fettucini, fava beans, red currant-port glaze
4th Course
Grilled Venison Chop – rosemary-poached pears, roasted root vegetables, red onion marmalade, sauce poivrade
5th Course
Strawberry Shortcake Napoleon – macerated strawberries, orange-basil ice cream, toasted almonds
