The Sidecar Bar & Grille

Posted by Foobooz on March 15th, 2007

City Paper’s Will Dean grabs a stool at the Sidecar Bar & Grille, 22nd and Christian Streets and describes the atmosphere co-owner Adam Ritter has created.

The clientele is similarly mixed, with people who grew up in the neighborhood and young professionals who recently bought houses in the area. “That’s what makes my wheels turn,” says Ritter. “You can have a guy who grew up around here drinking a Pabst sitting next to a gay guy drinking a Chimay … having a real conversation with each other.”

good to see side car getting a little more ink.
Great bar at 22nd and Christian offering up different specials all the time. Considering ingredients such as cool owners, Friendly service, Sunday Brunch, Rotaing Menu Specials, Local Beers, DJ Steve Ferrel on Friday nights, cute chefs visible from the bar….Side Car has a great recipe for return….
