Wednesday Night

Posted by Foobooz on February 21st, 2007

Victory Beer Night at Ten Stone. Pints of Victory beer will be $3 a pint and you get to keep the glass.

In Pursuit of Ale heads to O’Neals just off of South Street to see what’s on the beer engine and the other twelve taps. Most drafts will be $2 or $3 for the lucky ladies, including Abita Turbo Dog.

We somehow missed this yesterday. It was the second anniversary of Hunter S. Thompson’s death. So why not pour back at least one Gonzo Porter from Flying Dog. You can often find Flying Fish and Gonzo Porter at either Foodery location.

Nice recco on the Flying Dog Gonzo.

Delicious beer and a great toast to the man.

If you could drink it at ZoT (100 block of Lombard) which is Flemish for MAD MAN it might be even more appropriate.
