Marigold Kichen will host a wine dinner with Pine Ridge and Archery Summit Wineries on Saturday March 17th.
The event will begin at 5:30 PM. Each of the seven courses will be paired with Pine Ridge and Archery Summit wines. The event is just $75 per person.

- Effingham Oysters in Parsnip Soup; paired with the Pine Ridge Chenin-Blanc Viognier
- Lamb Tartare with Argon Oil and Pickled Celery; paired with Pine Ridge Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon
- Halibut En Brik with Poached Egg and local spinach which will be matched with Archery Summit Premier Cuvee Pinot Noir
- Duck with pistachio risotto and rose petal sauce with the Pine Ridge Crimson Creek Merlot.
- Confit of veal breast with wild mushrooms paired with a Pine Ridge Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Marigold’s Chef Select cheese plate.
- Tasting of Valrhona Chocolates.
