Philadelphia’s newest Belgian bar, Zot at 122 Lombard Street, is promising some big numbers when they officially open, March 7th. Over 500 beers, fifty varieties of mussels and twenty different steak entrees.
Zot had a soft opening February 10th and is currently open Wednesday through Sunday, 5 PM to Midnight. Zot is serving a limited menu and a growing beer list (125 at last count).
The wine list is also growing and with the official grand opening the front wine bar will also open.
It will be interesting to keep an eye on Zot to see if its ambitions will propel the restaurant into the South Street/Headhouse Square dining revival.
