Who’s Still Smoking?

Well the smoking ban is back. What bars are still allowing smoking. Leave a comment with bars that you know that are seeking an exemption to the smoking ban.

   For what it’s worth, the health department says that bars applying for an exemption can still be liable for smoking fines until the city approves the exemption. Gotta have taxes in order, etc.

   A lot of the places that were busted on the first day look to be small neighborhood joints.
