Joy Manning of Philly Style does her year-end list thing with her 10 favorite meals. And although you cannot order up Joy’s chicken and dumplings with leeks and tarragon, you certainly can order Ansill’s baby octopus, wild boar prosciutto, wild mushrooms with telleggio and Snackbar’s braised pork belly, creamy polenta, “Brussels and truffles.”
