Sly Fox Belgian Beer Dinner

On November 16th Sly Fox will be hosting a five course Belgian beer dinner at its Royersford location.

This is a five-course Belgian feast featuring five of Sly Fox’s Belgian styles and three of the award-winning beers of Long Island’s Southampton Publick House which were brewed and packaged at Sly Fox Royersford.

1st course:
Belgian cheeses,
Sly Fox Grisette;

2nd Course
Endive Salad
served with Sly Fox Saison Vos

Third Course
Belgian Mussels with garlic tomatoes and green onions in a Saison Vos sauce,
Sly Fox Incubus and Southampton Grand Cru;

Fourth Course
Ichor-infused Pork Loin,
Sly Fox Ichor and Southampton Saison Delux;

Fifth Course
hand-made Belgian-style Cheesecake
Sly Fox Black Raspberry Reserve and Southampton 10th Anniversary Ale.

$50 per person
