Craig LaBan heads up to North 5th Street to Porky’s Point to experience what he calls one of the best pork sandwiches in Philadelphia.

Porky’s easily makes one of the best roast pork sandwiches in town – but with a Puerto Rican twist: The sublimely tender meat is perfumed with garlicky soffrito and sparked with crunchy bits of roasted cracklin’ skin.
