Adam Erace reviews a restaurant where you cook your own meat. Not surprisingly there are no complaints about overcooked meat as Erace grills to his heart’s content at Pork & Porkie Korean barbecue on 11th and Washington.

It’s safe to say Korean is not the most familiar cuisine for most, and the inexpensive try-a-little-of-everything eating experience at Porky & Porkie is ideal for experimentation.
