Bridget Foy’s And Dogfish Head

Bridget Foy’s is hosting a beer dinner with Dogfish Head on Wednesday November 8th at 6:30 PM.

Expect delicious fall foods and the always interesting Dogfish Head beers. There is also a special surprise tasting and prizes for all who attend.

Four Courses $45/ $38 for Rewards Club Members

Curried Pumpkin Soup / toasted pumpkin seeds
Midas Golden Touch Barley, honey, white muskrat grapes and saffron

Crispy Calamari Salad / garlic chili vinaigrette
60 Minute IPA Citrus, cedar, pine and candied orange

Venison Osso Bucco / porcini risotto / grilled
asparagus / sweet potato frites
Indian Brown Ale Well hopped, malty, with caramelized brown sugar

Chocolate Banana Layer Cake
