Stop us if this sound familiar to you. On Wednesdays Washington Square will be offering $2 beer, $3 wine, and $4 cocktails plus free appetizers between 5 and 7 PM. Sure it’s Center City Sips all over again, but what’s wrong with cheap drinks and free food in one of the best outdoor spots in the city? That’s right, nothing.
