I've been there 3 times already. The hot chocolate is incredible. Whereas most hot chocolate is 90% water, this is pure, homemade liquid chocolate that pours slowly. The pastries are made fresh daily and the sundae was awesome. Whereas Scoop Deville is a summer-time place, the Chocolate Cafe should have more appeal in the winter with their hot drinks.
