If theres one thing that we here at Foobooz like almost as much as food and booze, it might be statistics. And Daniel McQuade unites our fascination with beer and statistics in this weeks Philadelphia Weekly.
For instance did you know that beer provides 80,873 jobs and $2.3 Billion in annual wages in Pennsylvania? And nationwide beer accounts for 1.7 million jobs and $54 Billion in wages. Hurray beer! Beer also fills government coffers, Pennsylvania beer consumers contribute more than $360 million in taxes to Federal, State and local coffers.
