Adam Erace of the Courier Post reviews Amada and manages to find four negatives with the experience.

He takes issue with the expense, noise, service and the low-slung sofas, but like just about everyone else he finds “immense goodness” in the food.

   I find it ironic that a South Jersey paper would hold a Philadelphia restaurant to such a high standard.

   Amada is an outstanding place. So what if it’s loud? If you want quiet and bland, stay in Jersey.
