Boardwalk Pizza In South Philly

Posted by Foobooz on August 24th, 2006

Macks Pizza - Wildwood

Joey Mack of the Macks and Mack and Manco Jersey Shore pizza clan has his own spot in South Philadelphia at 10th and Oregon, Joey Mack’s Boardwalk Pizza. Faithful to the recipe served up to countless beach-goers, Joey Mack serves his pizza on a thin crust with sauce spread in concentric circles and topped with shredded white cheddar.

Simple, tangy and full of memories.

just a POOR buisness man that is going Broke fast !

He recently fired his delivery man beacuse of lack of business only about 10 deliveries on a friday night

He now has to cook and deliver himself every night of the week !

Joey Mack claims his Pizza is Best of the Best…It is Worst of the Worst. His pizza is tasteless to the pallet. His crust is horifically too crunchy tasting more like a hard shell taco. The cheese is so nasty it gave me gasto intestinal pain followed by a severe bout of diarrera. The sauce is so acidic that it inflamed the lining of my esphogus and abdomin. Finally, to sum it up the pizza reflects the owner of the shop. His appearance is as hidious as his pizza. His etire is covered in total filth and the pizzaria is in dire need of a good cleaning and make over. His Pizza ovens reminds me when I was a kid watching my sister using her easy bake oven. In conclusion his pizza is highy not recommended. I give this place a 1/4 of a hat. Thumbs down to Joe Mack.
