Iron Hill Goes New England For August

In August, Iron Hill will continue its beer-pairing dinners with a New England Clambake, which will include: New England Clam Chowder, paired with Anvil Ale; and a Lobster Bake, with clams, mussels, potatoes and corn, paired with either Hefeweizen or Belgian Wit, depending on availability. September’s beer-pairing dinner will offer guests the tastes of the Caribbean, and will include: Coconut Shrimp, with chipotle-orange marmalade and pineapple salsa, paired with Anvil Ale; and Jerked Salmon, with green tomato relish and curried rice cakes, paired with APA.

Iron Hill’s five locations are in Newark, Wilmington, Media, West Chester and North Wales, PA.
